Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partner development sales manager - Hondurasat Huawei Latinoamérica located in Honduras.

The Partner development sales manager - Honduras will be responsible for business planning, account management, sales, and managing channel partners and channel sales on a day-to-day basis to drive distribution growth and meet sales targets.

Jod duties

• Undertake the sales goals of Huawei enterprise distribution business in Honduras
• Adapt, implement and deliver distributor policies to ensure the healthy development of regional distribution business
• Responsible for the promotion and empowerment of distribution products in this region, formulating marketing plans, planning and carrying out marketing activities
• Identify partner capability gaps in the responsible region, formulate empowerment plans for partners, coordinate resources to carry out empowerment activities, and cultivate partners' ability to sell and service Huawei products.

Requisitos

• English-speaking advanced is mandatory.
• ICT industry experience is mandatory
• Business Planning and Sales skills
• Account Management expertise
• Experience in Channel Partners and Channel Sales management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
