Develop the talent acquisition strategy and plan for the domain based on the company's strategic requirements for talent acquisition in regions, and complete the delivery of tasks of high-end.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Focus on the requirements of corporate strategic projects and R&D technology departments, target benchmark enterprises to obtain high-end elites or key shortages, including but not limited to semiconductor, software AI, industry solutions.
2. Gain in-depth insights into the corporate strategic business alignment with key enterprises, and continuously focus on talent demand analysis, talent market insight, long and short lists acquisition, and continuous operation and retention.
3. Support the talent acquisition operation, and reversely promote the internal recruitment process and recruitment quality improvement.

Requisitos

Understand the basic knowledge about HR recruitment and talent acquisition.

Skills:
1. Have professional knowledge about talent acquisition and clear logical architecture capabilities in the responsible domain.
2. Be familiar with talent trends and have a deep understanding of the company's business strategies and talent market dynamics.
3. Foresightedly resolve the pain points and difficulties in key business talent acquisition, and have professional and business practice capabilities.
4. E2E capabilities from sourcing to attracting onboarding
Key capabilities:
1. Good customer service awareness and learning ability, and clear logical thinking
2. Good communication skills, able to communicate with key partners in depth
3. Strong execution capability and sense of goals, and able to achieve the delivery goals.

If can read and speaks mandarin will be a plus!
