1. Transaction Service Processing
• Execute day-to-day transaction activities such as contract documentation, purchase order registration, billing, change processing, and closure.
• Deliver operational tasks with accuracy and timeliness to support smooth business operations.
2. Fulfillment Operations Management
• Oversee end-to-end transaction handling within the assigned region.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and align with strategic objectives.
3. Business Risk Identification
• Detect and escalate risks associated with transaction processes to maintain compliance and protect business interests.
Requisitos
Knowledge
• Solid understanding of transaction fulfillment principles.
• Basic familiarity with telecommunications, business operations, and trade practices.
Skills
• Proficiency in transaction fulfillment workflows, risk management, and contract interpretation.
• Competence with office software systems; advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
