Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the planning and implementation of talent ecosystem work in Latin America region, mainly including:
1) Talent Demand Collection: Collect and continuously update the development needs of the talent ecosystem in various ICT business areas (including operator business, enterprise business, cloud business, and digital energy business) within the region, including Huawei's own talent needs, partner talent needs, and customer partner needs.
2) Talent Ecosystem Insights: Conduct insights into the talent ecosystem of key countries in the region, including insights into the education system, talent market, and talent ecosystem expansion channels.
3) Talent Ecosystem Development Work Planning: Based on the development needs and insights of the talent ecosystem, establish medium and long-term strategic plans and annual work plans for the talent ecosystem development in the Latin America region.
4) ICT Academy Expansion and Operation: Including: expanding cooperation with ICT academies in universities and other educational institutions within the region; construction of ICT academy laboratories and classrooms; training and certification of teachers and students; planning and organization of MKT activities related to the talent ecosystem.
5) Planning and Organization of ICT Competitions.

Requisitos

Basic Job Requirements:
1. Job Alignment: Ability to understand and appreciate the value of ICT talent ecosystem development work, and willingness to commit to this field for the long term.
2. Language Skills: Proficiency in both Spanish and English (which can be used as working languages).
3. Interpersonal Connectivity: Strong communication skills, adept at expanding external relationships; good at empathizing and demonstrating team collaboration.
4. Personality Traits: Meticulous and detail-oriented, strong organizational and operational capabilities, strong planning skills, goal-oriented, self-motivated, positive and proactive in the face of difficulties, and strong logical thinking.
5. Academic/Experience Background: Graduated in ICT-related fields or have a background in the ICT industry
